Life is amazing. And then its is awful. And then it’s amazing again. And in between the amazing and awful, it’s Ordinary and Mundane and Routine.
Breathe in the amazing, hold on through the awful, and relax and exhale during the ordinary.
That’s just living heartbreaking, soul-healing, amazing, awful, ordinary life. And it is breathtakingly beautiful.

At a children’s service, the children’s minister told the kids to gather around for a sermon. He said today we are going to play a game called imitation, I will name something and you will act it out. He begun with chicken; the kids flapped their arms, cackled and crowed. The next was an elephant, followed by a rapper and then a football player. Finally, the last was Jesus. While many of the children hesitated, one six-year-old with a big smile on his face stepped forward and immediately threw his arms wide open in welcome. Continue reading
